José Eliseo Pérez, judge of the Court of Appeal of SC dies in traffic accident 2019

San José de Ocoa, RD.- The judge of the Court of Appeal of the Judicial District of San Cristóbal, José Eliseo Pérez, died on Sunday afternoon in a motorcycle accident.

Preliminary reports indicate that Eliseo Pérez was traveling on a motorcycle trip in the community of Los Rosalitos in the municipal district of La Ciénaga when he suffered the accident.

Both the National Police and the other relief agencies moved to the scene in order to recover the body of the magistrate, who apparently died on impact.
