Leonel Fernández says he has no impediment to being a presidential candidate for another party 2019

Santo Domingo, RD.- The former president of the Republic, Leonel Fernández, said he has no legal impediment to be a presidential candidate by another political party.

The former president expressed himself in these terms by being proclaimed as a presidential candidate by the Social Democratic Institutional Block (BIS).

Fernández said that the support of the BIS is the beginning of an avalanche that will occur in support of his presidential candidacy.
