The hearing had to be postponed for the accused to be duly notified of the accusation.
Santo Domingo Este, RD.- The Sixth Court of Instruction of the National District forwarded the preliminary hearing on December 17 for the illegal sale of land in the Los Tres Brazos sector of the Santo Domingo Este municipality.
The hearing was scheduled to begin yesterday after the end of last month was deposited, after completing the investigation, the formal accusation against the 17 accused.

The prisoners are currently being prosecuted for committing prevarication, embezzlement, coalition of officials, bribery of civil servants, abuse of duties, complicity in embezzlement to the detriment of the Dominican State, association of malefactors, fraud, co-author of bribery of public officials, falsehood in public deed and complicity in embezzlement.
With this preliminary, the Public Prosecutor's Office is requesting that an opening judgment be issued against the former officials of the Dominican Corporation of State Companies (CORDE). These are the former director of that entity, Leoncio Almánzar ObjÃo; Manuel Aybar Ferrando, former real estate manager; Irving José Cruz Crespo, former legal consultant.
In addition, Rosabel Castillo, former National District Title Recorder; Juana Gómez representative of the company Proyecciones Gowi S.R.L .; Domingo Lebrón, president of INFEPA, and the members of that company Carlos Gómez Williams and Julio Gómez; José de Pool Dominici, main shareholder and representative of the commercial entity TITULATEC.
Also against the surveyors Ana Antonia Ozuna Nolasco and Hadonis Ruiz Mella, and Lisetel González.
In the case, the inhabitants of the aforementioned sector, who demand compensation of 500 million pesos, also constitute the plaintiff and civil actor.
