Santo Domingo, RD.- The judges of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) deferred for November 5 the knowledge of coerration measure to the son of the drug trafficker Ramón Antonio del Rosario Puente "Toño Leña".
Jeifry del Rosario Gautier is noted as one of the main ringleaders of the drug trafficking network allegedly led by César Emilio Peralta, better known as César el Abusador.
The SCJ took the decision for the defendant to prepare the evidence of rooting.
