SANTO DOMINGO, RD.- A detainee in the provisional prison of the Palace of Justice of Santo Domingo, filmed a video showing in the conditions in which they have a group of prisoners who have already been issued coerration measures and have been waiting for several months to be transferred to u n prison.
According to one of the detainees, the measure of coerration was imposed on him on 12 October and he still continues along with many others in the provisional prison.
In the video posted on the account of journalist Roberto Cavada, he is notable in the condition of overcrowding and dehumanization in which these people are held.
