Santo Domingo, RD.- The former vice president of the Republic and former member of the Dominican Liberation Party, Rafael Alburquerque, considered that with the number of votes that former President Leonel Fernández won in the primary elections, to prevent him from a candidacy would start an unnecessary political crisis in the country.
In another order, Alburquerque assured that between Leonel Fernández and Luis Abinader there has been no meeting as is speculated only the rapprochement at the local and provincial level.
Rafael Alburquerque issued these statements by participating in the Matinal program that is broadcast on Telemicro Channel 5, where I also express that for the municipal elections of February the Central Electoral Board can count automatically and manually .
